My interest in Brain and Mind Power training
Hi, thanks for taking the time to drop by my blog. I hope that some of the notes included will be of assistance to you, should you be looking for ways to develop your brain and mind.
I decided to start putting these notes together following a long period over a number of years of severe depression. It seemed to me that no matter what diet I followed, no matter what medicines I took there was just no relief from the crazy negative thoughts that filled my head 24 hours a day.
Then, one day in June 2010, I was in a local supermarket which had a reasonable bookshelf and I found a book which offered to change my life in just 7 days – written by a famous hypnotist. As it was in a 'buy one get one free' deal, I thought it couldn't do any harm. This was the start of a massive change in my life (in July 2010) and I discovered a way of releasing the maddening thoughts that kept going around in my head.
Following the instructions in the book and listening to the enclosed CD on a daily basis, all of a sudden I started getting up early in the morning (through no reason I could define), my head and body feeling positive, light and airy. I then changed my diet, started exercising (and enjoying it!), enjoying my relationship, smiling and taking an interest in life again – I even registered for a University Degree with the Open University.
I have now developed an interest in looking at ways of developing the brain through managed training along with increasing my capabilities from powering up my mind - there are lots of promises made by various 'gurus' etc and I look forward to really seeing what works and what doesn't.
If I can be of any help to you, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me via the contact form and I will do my best to get back to you asap.
